At Casa de Oro Christian Preschool, we understand that quality child care can be costly, and we are committed to helping families access the support they need. We accept the YMCA Family Support Plan, which provides state-funded Alternative Payment subsidies for eligible families based on income and need.

To qualify for subsidized child care services, adult family members must be employed, seeking work, enrolled in job-related training, medically incapacitated, homeless, referred through Child Protective Services, or participants in CalWORKS Welfare to Work Activity. Families can apply through the San Diego County Centralized Eligibility List (CEL).

At Casa de Oro Christian Preschool, we are committed to helping families afford quality child care. We accept the CDA’s Alternative Payment Program (APP), developed through the California Department of Education, to support low-income families with children ages 0-12 years.

Benefits of the APP:

  • Reliable Payments: Accurate and timely child care payments directly to your bank account.

  • Personalized Support: Full-time staff to ensure success for both providers and families.

  • Simple Enrollment: Easy process to make quality, affordable child care accessible to working families.

Through the APP, eligible families can choose Casa de Oro Christian Preschool as their child care provider, and CDA will handle the payments, allowing us to focus on providing the best care and education for your children.
